【摘要】 目的　探讨内皮抑素和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF )在喉癌和声带息肉中的表达及意义。方法　用免疫组化法检测 4 8例喉癌和 2 0例声带息肉患者手术切除标本内皮抑素和VEGF的表达。结果　①喉癌组织中内皮抑素的高表达率和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为 6 2 .5 %和 6 8.8%。内皮抑素和VEGF呈正相关 (P =0 .0 0 5 ) ,在有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌标本中内皮抑素高表达率和VEGF阳性表达率明显高于非转移组 (P =0 .0 12 ) ;②声带息肉中VEGF无表达 ,内皮抑素表达低于喉癌组织 ,二者无相关性。结论　内皮抑素和VEGF的表达可作为预测喉癌患者的预后因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expressive significance of endostatin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in laryngeal carcinoma and vocal polyps.Methods The surgical specimens from 48 laryngeal carcinoma and 20 vocal polyps patients were stained immunohistochemically for endostatin and VEGF expressions.Results ①High endostatin expression and positive expression of VEGF were found in 62.5%and 68.75%of laryngeal carcinoma specimens.higher endostatin expression and positive expression of VEGF were correlated with the development of cervical lymph node metastasis ( P =0.012);②There was no expression of VEGF in vocal polyps,the expression of endostatin was lower than that of laryngeal carcinoma.Conclusions The results of the study show that the VEGF and endostatin are significant predictors of prognosis in laryngeal carcinoma patients.更多还原
