【摘要】 目的　对比观察甲磺酸托烷司琼与甲氧氯普胺两组药物控制化疗引起的胃肠道反应的疗效及其不良反应。方法　对 5 6例以顺铂或阿霉素为基础的联合化疗患者 ,采用随机自身交叉对照、开放的方法 ,比较甲磺酸托烷司琼和甲氧氯普胺预防化疗所致的胃肠道反应的疗效。结果　甲磺酸托烷司琼组对食欲不振、恶心的完全控制率在第 1～ 5日优于甲氧氯普胺组 ,甲磺酸托烷司琼组对食欲不振控制的有效率在第 1、2日优于甲氧氯普胺组 ,余日两组相似。对恶心控制的有效率在第 1日为 78.6%、3 0 .4 % ,余日两组相似。甲磺酸托烷司琼组对急性呕吐控制率优于甲氧氯普胺组 ,完全缓解率分别为 68%、2 6% ,有效率分别为 90 %、4 2 %。不良反应 :甲磺酸托烷司琼与甲氧氯普胺以一过性腹痛、便秘、头痛及头晕为主要不良反应 ,甲氧氯普胺组有锥体外系症状。结论　甲磺酸托烷司琼是一种新的安全的止吐药 ,能有效预防化疗所致的胃肠道反应 ,尤其对急性呕吐的控制显著优于甲氧氯普胺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and observe the effects of Tropisetron Mesylate(TM) and Metoclopramide(M) in the prevention of chemotherapy induced digestive side effects.Methods Randomizing,auto controlled,opening method was used to compare anti emetic efficacy of TM and M in the prevention of the digestive side effect in 56 patients receiving cisplatin or adriamycin based chemotherapy.Results The total control rate of poor appetite and nausea in TM group within 5 days was superior to that in M group( P <0.05 or P <0.001).The control rate(CR+PR) of poor appetite in TM grope was better than that in M grope within 1～2 days,the control rate were 87.5%,50% in d1 and 76.7%, 48.2 % in d2,respectively( P <0.001).It was the same in other days.The control rate of vomiting in d1 was 78.6% and 30.4 %,respectively.The acute vomiting control rate in TM group was also significantly superior to that of M group,with CR of 68% in TM group and 26% in M group ( P =0.00003),the total response rate(CR+PR) reached in 90% and 42%,respectively( P =0.000007).The main side effects were temporary stomach,constipation,headache and dizzy,there was a case of exterior pyrimid reaction occurred in M group,no symptom of exterior pyrimid reaction happened in TM group.Conclusions Tropisetron Mesylate was a new and safety antiemetic drug,which can prevent digestive side effect effectively,and the control of acute emesis was superior to that of meoclopramide.更多还原
