【摘要】 目的　探讨中国汉族人群中葡萄糖转运蛋白 4 (GLUT4 )基因Val3 83Ile突变与 2型糖尿病的相关性。方法　采用聚合酶链反应 寡核苷酸连接测定方法对北京地区 2 0 4例患者 配偶进行GLUT4基因Val3 83Ile多态性基因型检测。结果　病例组中发现 2例为GLUT4基因Val3 83Ile突变的杂合携带者 ,对照组中未发现GLUT4基因Val3 83Ile突变。结论　GLUT4基因Val3 83Ile突变在北京地区汉族人群中不常见 ,可能为 2型糖尿病某种亚型的致病因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the mutation of glucose transporter 4 gene (GLUT4) and type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese Han population.Methods We evaluated the mutation by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) oligonucleotide ligation assay in 204 case control spouses.Results The Val383Ile mutation was found in the heterozygous state in two diabetic subjects and none in control subjects.Conclusions GLUT4 gene mutation was very uncommon in this population and maybe play a critical role in a subgroup of type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population.更多还原
