【Abstract】 In this paper, a way of how to develop customer premise networks is proposed, with much attention paid to the demonstration of the idea that the development of customer premise networks could effectively break up local fixed telecommunication monopolies. Additionally, it is pointed out that the development of customer premise networks has an effect on telecommunication regulations and that many roadblocks have to be eliminated for the development of customer premise networks.更多还原
