【摘要】 对于某一特定期刊 ,只有主编或副主编等的决审才可能全面衡量来稿 ,做出适合自己期刊的最恰当的选择 ,这是决定期刊质量的最根本的环节。编辑界对“完美”外审专家的期待不切实际 ,外审专家有权选用自己喜爱的方式表达意见 ,编辑界应该提供更为宽松的环境。依《应用与环境生物学报》的审稿档案资料 ,将外审意见的表达方式划分为 5个类型。提出了决审者的基本条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 For a specific journal, only by the final review carried out by the chief editor or associate chief editors can the contributions be evaluated all sidedly and can the most suitable decision be made. So the final review is the primary step in deciding the academic level of the journal. Based on the authors’ analyses, the editors should not expect the "perfect" peer reviewers. Peer reviewers can express their opinions in their favourite ways, and editors must provide a sound environment. According to the peer review records of Chinese Journal of Applied and Environmental Biology , the expression ways of peer reviewers are divided into five types. Lastly, the basic requirements for the final reviewers are suggested.更多还原
