【摘要】 论文的发表时滞是评价一种期刊好坏的重要指标。对一些国际知名期刊和我国一些期刊的发表时滞进行了统计和分析。结果表明 ,我国期刊的发表时滞相对于国际知名期刊偏长。为了缩短发表时滞 ,提出了几点建议 :缩短刊期 ;加速全文上网 ;栏目设置多样化 ;加快稿件的处理 ;加大退稿率 ;工作流程实现现代化更多还原

【Abstract】 The publication lag is one of the most important indexes while evaluating one periodical. In this paper, the publication lags of Science, Cell and some Chinese periodicals were investigated and compared. The statistical results show that the publication lags of Chinese periodicals are longer. To shorten the publication lags, several suggestions are given: increasing the publishing frequencies , putting the whole paper on Internet, dividing all manuscripts into several kinds (such as reviews, reports, research articles, communications and so on) and establishing different columns in contents, shortening the treatment time of manuscripts, and modernizing the publishing process.更多还原
