【Abstract】 The determination of the receiving date of the contributions in sci-tech periodicals, its role and relationship with the research fruit priority are analyzed. Some questions in recording the receiving date are put forward. The author thinks it is not proper to take date of receiving the revised manuscripts as receiving date of contributions. Only the shortening of the period of manuscript processing is the best way to get the priority of research achievements.更多还原
