【Abstract】 The development history of mass spectrography(MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy applied to molecules which are from small molecules to biological macromolecules is analyzed.The scientists have worked hard for MS and NMR are applied to identification and structure analyses for more complex molecules,especially used for identification and structure analyses of biological macromolecules.
