基于核方法的智能综合评价框架系统建造方法
Design of frame system for intelligent comprehensive evaluation based on kernel method
【摘要】 针对复杂对象综合评价过程中出现的非线性、不精确性和不确定性问题,介绍了基于核的特征提取方法和基于支持向量机的模式识别理论,并首先将其应用到复杂对象综合评价中。为了减少建立综合评价系统的代价,提出了基于核方法的综合评价框架系统的建立方法,并将此应用到高校科技成果评价中。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of nonlinear, imprecise and uncertainty arisen in the process of comprehensive evaluation for complicated object, the method of index extraction based on kernel method and classification based on support vector machine are introduced. For the purpose of decreasing the expense in building a comprehensive evaluation, the approach of constituting frame system is presented. Then the frame system is used in the evaluation of technical achievements in universities.
