【Abstract】 The immaterial property in college sports industry in social transformation phase of China was taken as the object of this study. By applying the methods of literature summary, logical analysis and deduction the characteristics, development and utilization of the immaterial property were analyzed and expounded. It was considered that the development of college sports industry has its great potentialities. It will be a new economical growth point not only in college sports industry, but also in educational industry of China.
