【摘要】 丁酸异戊酯是无色透明液体,具有香蕉和梨的香味,多用作食品和化妆品的香精,另外丁酸异戊酯还用于喷漆、清漆、硝酸纤维素、氯丁橡胶、油墨等溶剂,药品生产中的萃取剂等,用途较为广泛。介绍了三氯化铁、氯化亚锡、硫酸钛、硫酸铝、一水硫酸氢钠、对甲苯磺酸、氨基磺酸、固体超强酸、杂多酸、阳离子交换树脂、HY分子筛等催化剂催化合成丁酸异戊酯酸的方法,并对各催化剂的性能、优缺点进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Isoamyl butyrate is a colorless transparent liquid, which has sweet-smelling of banana and pear, and is widely used as food and cosmetics essence. In addition, isoamyl butyrate is used as a good solvent in spray paint, varnish, cellulose nitrate, chloroprene rubber and printing ink, and as extraction agent in the production of medicines and chemical reagents. The catalytic synthesis of isoamyl butyrate with ferric chloride hex hydrate, stannous chloride dihydrate, aluminum sulphate octadecahydrate, sodium bisulfate monohydrate, p-toluene sulfuric acid, amino-sulfonic acid, solid super acid, heteropoly acid, strong acidic cationic exchange resin and HY zeolite molecular sieve are reviewed.
