气相色谱法测定发酵法乳酸产品中乳酸及有机杂质
Determination of Lactic Acid, Methanol and Organic Foreign Acids in Lactic Acid Produced by Capillary Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 乳酸不经转化直接进样,在OV-1毛细管色谱柱(15m×0.2mm弹性石英柱(WCOT),液膜厚度为1μm)上分离,在带有FID和TCD检测器的色谱仪上检测:FID色谱法检测乳酸样品中乳酸、甲醇及有机酸杂酸(柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸)的相对含量;TCD色谱法测得乳酸、水、甲醇和其它组分相对含量,色谱分析结果经标准化学分析方法(GB 2023-80)校正后,得到乳酸样品中乳酸、甲醇及杂酸的含量。该法比化学分析法快速,操作简单,特别适合生产控制分析和乳酸产品质量监测。
【Abstract】 The lactic acid sample is directly separated by Gas Chromatography without being transformed into other compound. The capillary chromatographic column used is Phase 0V - 1, a 15m × 0.2 mm (I. D) vitreous silica WCOT column, and the liquid film thickness is 1μm. The sample is detected using FID and TCD (the Chromatograph with FID and TCD) . The relative content of lactic acid, methanol and organic foreign acid (citric acid, oxalic acid and tartaric acid) in the sample is detected by FID. The relative content of lactic acid, water, methanol and other components in the sample is detected by TCD. After adjustment of results for Gas chromatographic separation by standard chemical analytical method (GB 2023 - 80), contents of lactic acid, methanol and foreign acids in lactic acid sample is obtained. The method is rapid, simple and convenient. It can be applied to production control analysis and quality monitoring on lactic acid product.
