振荡流反应器注入分散过程模拟
Numerical Simulation of Particle Injection Dispersion in Oscillatory Flow Reactor (OFR)
【摘要】 振荡流反应器(OFR)是一种新型的化工设备。对OFR进行深入的实验研究的同时,也在不断地对它进行数值模拟。采用计算流体力学对振荡流反应器的注入分散过程进行了三维模拟。给出了粒子分散的拉格朗日方程以及相应的边界条件和初始条件,然后根据所建模型给出了三维网格非结构化划分形式;在离散过程中,采用有限体积法和SIMPLE法求解和运用粒子浓度标准方差的处理技术,从而使模拟结果更为可靠。最后以净流量为零的情况下,St=1.0、Re0=200,注入粒子数量为1000个OFR单腔室粒子注入分散过程为例进行了数值模拟,并对结果进行了简要的分析。
【Abstract】 Oscillatory Flow Reactor (OFR) is a new type of chemical equipment. The numerical simulation research on OFR is being carried out as well as experimental study. In this paper, the numerical simulation of particle injection dispersion process with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in the 3-dimensional flow field of the Oscillatory Flow Reactor (OFR) is carried out, and Lagrangian formula treating particles’ motion and the boundary conditions are brought out. Then, according to the constructed model, 3-D non-construction element division is made. The SIMPLE Method combined with finite volume method is used for resolving the problem. Furthermore, the technology for obtaining grain density difference is stated to make the results more reliable . An example of single cumber particle injection dispersion process under the condition of net flow quantity being zero, st = 1 .0,Re0=200 is simulated and the results are analyzed.
