北京市雨水利用

【摘要】 北京水资源短缺,而仍有大量暴雨径流出境而未加有效利用。城市化发展又使暴雨洪峰增加,加大了河道防洪负担。利用小区开发建设中的绿地滞蓄雨水,是增加对地下水的补给,减小暴雨径流的峰值,减轻河道防洪负担的有效途径。经模拟计算,分析了绿地对减小径流系数和削减暴雨径流峰值的作用,对暴雨径流水质用于绿地入渗的可行性进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Beijing is facing water scarcity problem, while the storm water in large amount have not been effectively controlled and reasonably used. The development of urbanization increases the storm flood peak, burdens the flood protection pressure. The retention of rainwater in lawn land will be the effective measure for increasing the infiltration rate to the groundwater, decreasing the storm flood peak and lightening the flood protection burden of rivers. In the paper the effect for decreasing the runoff coefficient and runoff peak has been simulated in the condition which the lawn land is lower 5~10cm than side ground for collecting the runoff from roof and road which have the same area as lawn. The possibility of the runoff quality using for recharge groundwater was also discussed.
