【Abstract】 Cognitive style, no doubt, is an important aspect in the study of individual creativity, and it also plays an active role in creativity research of team level. Very complex factors impact on the team creativity, team cognitive style is comparatively stable and important factor in the creative process. Exploring how to assess the team cognitive style on the basis of measuring the individual cognitive style, is significantly benefit for explaining the differences in team creativity.更多还原
