基于有限元的虚拟人体三维医学图像分析——一种四面体网格剖分算法
Virtual Human 3-D Medical Images Processing Based on Finite Elements——A Tetrahedron Mesh Generation Method
【摘要】 介绍了一种针对医学体数据的三维网格划分方法。首先将三维图像剖分成大小相同的立方体 ,再将立方体剖分成四面体 ,然后提取目标区域。最后根据特定的算法将组织表面细化。这一方法为快速有效的分析外科手术中人体软组织的变形情况提供了必要的数据准备
【Abstract】 A tetrahedron plotting algorithm used for medical images processing is introduced in this paper. At first the 3 D images were plotted to be cubes of equal sizes. Then, the cubes were cut into tetrahedrons. Then, targets areas were extracted. Finally, tissue surfaces were detailed according to dedicated algorithm. This method can provide necessary data for quick and efficient analysis of the deformation of human soft tissues during surgical operation.
