【摘要】 为了解电化学发光免疫分析 (ECLIA)双抗体夹心法定量检测血清甲胎蛋白 (AFP)的临床应用及其优越性 ,参照NCCLS的评价方案对定量检测AFP含量的ECLIA法和放射免疫分析 (RIA)法进行精密度评价、线性评价和回收试验的比较 ,并采用两种方法平行检测 6 5例病人血清标本的AFP含量 ,对其进行相关性分析。结果表明 :两种方法都有较好的重复性 ,但ECLIA法明显优于RIA法 ;ECLIA法和RIA法具有良好的相关性 (r=0 .981 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;回收率均在 95 %以上 ,ECLIA法明显高于RIA法 (t=4 .6 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ;ECLIA法的线性范围 (>5 0 0 μg/L)较RIA法 (<5 0 0 μg/L)要宽。ECLIA法定量检测AFP的准确性和精确度都明显优于RIA法 ,较RIA法更能满足临床需要更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of quantitative measuring serum AFP with ECLIA, according to the procedure described by NCCLS, the serum AFP concentration in 65 clinical speciments was analyzed by ECLIA and RIA respectively. The parameters such as precision, calibration curve stability, dilution recovery were determined.The results and the relativity between the two methods were compared.Although there were good repeativity and correlation between the two methods( r =0.981, P < 0.05), the recovery rates were all above 95%, the ECLIA appeared to have higher recovery rate( t =4.69, P <0.05).The linear range of ECLIA(>500μg/L) was wider than that of the RIA(<500μg/L).Conclusions: The accuracy and precision of ECLIA were better than that of the RIA, ECLIA method is very useful and suitable for clinical application.更多还原
