兔不完全截瘫各组织中强啡肽A动态变化研究

【摘要】 通过对兔不完全截瘫 6h、7天和 1 5天在血浆、脊髓、下丘脑和垂体中强啡肽A(DYNA)含量的测试 ,发现在不同时间模型组DYNA浓度均高于对照组 ,且模型组DYNA浓度随时间呈下降趋势 ,以血浆中下降最快 ,其次是垂体 ,下丘脑和脊髓。在不同时间下丘脑与垂体的DYNA浓度均呈显著直线负相关 ,且损伤后的各个时间 ,垂体的DYNA浓度明显高于下丘脑 ,可能DYNA的分泌以垂体为主 ;血浆中DYNA浓度较其他组织都高 ,说明其与脊髓损伤直接相关。损伤早期 (6h)下丘脑与脊髓中DYNA的浓度呈直线负相关 ,脊髓与垂体的DYNA浓度呈直线正相关 ;恢复期 (1 5天 )脊髓与垂体中DYNA浓度 ,脊髓与血浆中DYNA浓度呈直线正相关。DYNA也参与很多正常生理活动。

【Abstract】 Make test on DYNA levels in plasma, spinal cord, hypothalamus and pituitary of incomplete paraplegia on rabbits for 6th hour, 7th day or 15th day. At different time, DYNA levels in model group is higher than that in control group, and the former appears descending trends with time; fastest in plasma, followed in pituitary, in hypothalamus and in spinal cord. Meanwhile DYNA levels in hypothalamus and in pituitary were clear linear negative correlation, and every levels after damage, DYNA levels in pituitary is obviously higher than that in hypothalamus, perhaps DYNA secretion is principal in pituitary.And DYNA levels in plasma were higher than that in other tissues, illustrating besides direct correlation with spinal cord damage.DYNA also play a role in many physiological activities. At 6th hour, there was a linear negative correlation of DYNA levels in spinal cord and in hypothalamus, and there was a linear positive correlation of DYNA in spinal cord and in pituitary at 15th day, there was a linear positive correlation of DYNA levels in spinal cord, in pituitary and in plasma.
