用X射线测定圆锯片表面初始残余应力

【摘要】 该文介绍了用X射线衍射测定圆锯片表面初始残余应力的基本原理 ,并且用它对圆锯片表面的残余应力进行了测量 .实验结果证明在锯片表面切向 ,当X射线入射方向不同时 ,所测试的切向应力值有很大差别 ,而在径向这种差别很小 .这表明用X 射线测量锯片表面的应力时 ,会出现Φ分裂现象 .在固定入射方向角Φ的情况下 ,锯片表面的初始残余应力呈一定规律性 .切向为拉应力 ,径向为压应力 .将表面电解抛光 15 μm后 ,其对应点的残余应力与电解抛光前有明显不同 ,且切向应力由拉应力转为压应力 .该测试结果对以后用X 射线测试适张后锯片表面的残余应力具有重要的指导作用 .

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the principle of measuring residual stress on the surfaces of circular saw by X ray and puts forward a new method that incident direction angle of X rays is defined,and measures the original residual stress in the circular saw.The experiment proves that the measurement values of the residual stress in surfaces of circular saw are far different in its tangent,but the difference is very small in its radial.This confirms Φ splitting in the distribution of residual stresses in circular saws.When Φ value is constant,the distribution of residual stress in circular saws has certain regularity.The residual stress is stretch in its tangent and compress in its radial.After the surfaces are polished by 15μm by electrolysis,the residual stresses of the corresponding measuring points are significantly different and the residual stresses in tangent become compress.The conclusion deduced from the measurement results has an important directive function on measuring the distribution of residual stresses in tensioned circular saws.
