复方促进剂HH和FH对纤维素酶活力的影响
Effect of Compound Promoter HH and FH on Cellulase
【摘要】 采用滤纸糖化力法,在纤维素酶Ⅰ的最适条件(t=50℃,pH=5 5)下,分别考察了两种复方促进剂HH和FH对酶活力的影响。促进剂HH在浓度为1×10-6g L时表现出最大促进作用,酶活提高率为19 96%;促进剂FH在浓度为1×10-7g L时表现出最大促进作用,酶活提高率为20 82%。将两种促进剂分别用于纤维素酶Ⅱ上,也表现出一定的促进效果,说明促进剂HH、FH对纤维素酶具有一定的普适性。
【Abstract】 With the method of filter papersacchairfication, the effects on activity of cellulase by compound promoter HH and FH be studied respectively under best conditions(pH=55,t=55?℃) of cellulose No.Ⅰ. The results indicate that at consistency of 1×10-6g/L, promoter HH can increase the activity of cellulase by 1996%; promoter FH can increase the activity of cellulase by 2082% at consistency of 1×10-7g/L。The two promoters act on No.Ⅱ cellulase respectively can also increase its activity. It is illuminate both promoters have general effect on the activity of cellulase.
