火炮身管内表面综合测量系统研究
A Comprehensive Measuring System for the Inner Surface of Artillery
【摘要】 研究一种用于火炮身管内表面的综合测量系统.该系统主要由环形激光发生器、反射锥镜、CCD相机以及驱动装置等组成,通过对环形激光器投射在被测火炮身管内壁上的环形光斑进行成像和分析计算,可对身管内表面的一个截面形廓进行检测;同时利用身管一段内表面在CCD相机上所成的像,可实现对膛线参数检测、内表面缺陷识别和磨损程度的检测.该系统可在驱动装置的驱动下沿着身管轴线移动,实现对整个身管内表面的综合测量.
【Abstract】 A comprehensive measuring system for the inner surface of artillery is researched. The system is made up of a ring laser generator, a taper reflector, a CCD camera and a motor. When the ring laser coming from the laser generator is projected onto the inner wall of the artillery, it forms an image on the CCD camera. With this image, a profile line of the inner wall can be measured. At the same time, the CCD camera can also take pictures of the inner wall, with those pictures, flaws on the wall can be analyzed and recognized, and even the rifling parameters and degree of wearing can also be measured. Driven by the motor, the system can move along the axis of the artillery realizing the whole inner wall measurement of the artillery.
