无填料树脂预防釉质脱矿的实验研究
THE USE OF RESIN WITHOUT STUFFING TO PREVENT ENAMEL FROM DEMINERALIZATION IN VITRO
【摘要】 目的 :探讨无填料树脂预防釉质脱矿的作用 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :采用酸性凝胶系统进行体外人工龋损实验 ,对实验组和对照组形成的人工龋损拍摄显微放射照片 ,用计算机图象分析系统对显微放射照片进行龋损深度和脱矿量的测定。结果 :实验组所形成的釉质人工龋损深度和脱矿量均明显低于对照组 ,但未见显著性差异。结论 :使用无填料树脂可能是正畸临床上可行的降低釉质脱矿的方法之一
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of resin without stuffing on preventing the enamel from demineralization for clinical application.Methods:Man made caries in vitro was formed using the acid gelatin system,and the microradiograghs of the man made caries were taken in the experimental group and the control group separately.The depth of the caries and the extent of the demineralization showed on the microradiograghs were determined by image analyzing system on computer.Results:The depth of the caries and the extent of the demineralization on the enamel of the experimental group were both less than those of the coutrol group,but no statistic significance was observed. Conclusion:The use of adhesive resin without stuffing may be one of the feasible ways in reducing demineralization of enamel in clinic.
