变规格连轧时的速度与秒流量相等法则
Rolling Speed during Flying Gauge Change for Tandem Mill and Rule of Volume Flow Rate
【摘要】 用理论方法研究了连轧时速度与张力的相互关系,分析了连轧时速度和张力所起的作用,提出了连轧速度理论。认为稳定张力连轧可以分解成带张力的独立机架轧制,但张力与速度要和前后架协调一致。在改变辊缝轧制时,机架间存在张力作用下的轧件断面变化的过渡稳定段,此时轧件各断面速度相等,但不能使用机架间秒流量相等法则。
【Abstract】 The relationship between speed and tension was analyzed theoretically. The action of velocity and tension when continuous rolling was studied. The speed equal theory is proposed. It was recognized that steady continuous rolling may be sorted into independent mill rolling with tension, but the tension and speed of stack must being equal the ones in front and back mills. Specially, when the gap of rolls changes, with the tension, there is a transition steady period of the cross-section grade changing of rolling stack between two mills, the speeds of every section of the rolling stack are still equal and the theory of volume flow equaling must be not used.
