【Abstract】 The article points out the problem of higher price of merchandise residence in Beijing in recent years. The reason that results in this problem is different step and unqualified set presented in the reform of economic system of city. The higher price of merchandise residence easily produces the bad result of repressing the house need and enlarging the risk in real estate market.
