【Abstract】 This paper presents a literature review of rates of return to human capital in 15 European countries. It consists of three sections: first, four methodological issues are discussed, i. e. data set, model specification, variable definition and estimation bias; second, estimated results of rates of return to education and work experience are summarized; finally, some implications are listed for Chinese researchers who conduct relevant studies.更多还原
