【Abstract】 A photopolymerisable and solvent resistant screen printing photosensitive emulsion was prepared, where the bind agents are acrylamide and pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA), and the photoinitiator is 1173. The photosensitivity of the photosensitive emulsion is 40?J/mm 2; resolution is less than 100?μm; properties of solvent resistance is good; the film removal is easy. The photosensitive emulsion designed fits the requirement of a modern screen printing process.更多还原
