聚酯反应器的流动特性与传热的研究

【摘要】 EG/PTA酯化反应大多在带导流筒换热器的搅拌槽内进行 ,搅拌槽的传热特性是影响酯化的重要因素。本实验在直径为 0 5m带导流筒的搅拌槽内 ,使用 5叶CBY螺旋桨 ,以水为物系 ,分别测量了在常温下及沸腾前后搅拌槽的功率准数和循环流量准数 ,研究了沸腾对这两个准数的影响。测量了沸腾状态下酯化反应搅拌槽内的总传热系数并回归得到了换热器管内外传热膜系数的关联式。所得到的传热关联式可以为相似构件的搅拌反应器的设计和优化提供参考。

【Abstract】 The flow number and the power number at different temperatures of water, including normal temperature, 90?℃and boiling state, were measured in a flat bottom cylindrical vessel of 0.5?m in diameter equipped with a draft tube and heat exchange tubes. A conductivity probe and a corresponding data acquisition system were successfully developed to measure the flow number. The heat transfer coefficient and the heat-transfer film coefficient were studied, and the relationship between the heat-transfer film and the Reynolds were obtained.
