嵌入式INTERNET技术的医疗监护网络系统
The design of a monitoring network system with multiple physiological parameters based on EMIT
【摘要】 利用现代网络技术、通信技术与医疗相结合,开发基于嵌入式Inter net技术的多生理参数网络监护系统,实现对社区家庭用户的远程医疗监护。该系统采用客户/服务器结构和多进程并发方式实现对多个用户不同数据的接收、实时显示、存储和控制信息的回送。客户端的嵌入式网络传输平台采用美国Z-WORLD公司嵌入式网络通信节点模块RCM3000。该监护系统实现ECG(心电)、NIBP(无创血压)、SpO2(血氧饱和度)、呼吸率和体温5个生理参数的远程检测。该系统有较大实用价值,符合"数字社区"的需求,但要付诸实施还需做大量工作。
【Abstract】 A remote monitoring network system based on EMIT(Embedded Micro Internetworking Technology) and developed for monitoring multiple physiological parameters is introduced. A client/server architecture has been used in the design of the real-time monitoring module, which can satisfy the requirements of asynchronous transmission, and meet the concurrent requests from many different users.The monitoring system makes use of RCM3000 module of Z-WORLD Co. as Embedded Network Station. The parameters monitored by the system include Electrocardiogram (ECG), Noninvasive Blood pressure (NIBP), Oxygen Saturation (SpO2), Respiration (RESP) and Temperature.
