【Abstract】 In order to test whether sperm reflux occurs in the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera, the numbers of eupyene in the sperm reservoir, duplex ejaculatory duct and spermatophora before and after copulation were counted. The results show that there is no sperm reflux; all sperm in the duplex ejaculatory duct are transferred to the female′s body.更多还原
