大变形锻造钨合金动态力学性能研究
DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF TUNGSTEN ALLOY FORGED WITH LARGE DEFORMATION
【摘要】 测试了烧结后再锻造 (锻造态 ) ,变形量为 6 0 %的钨合金与烧结后未锻造 (烧结态 )的钨合金的应力—应变关系 ,应变率范围为 4× 10 - 4~ 3× 10 3s- 1.结果发现锻造态的钨合金不仅强度提高了 ,而且还表现出明显的各向异性 ,在锻造方向实施动态压缩时更容易产生绝热剪切破坏。结合Magness的研究结果 ,解释了锻造态钨合金穿甲威力提高的现象
【Abstract】 The stress strain relationships of tungsten alloy forged with 60% deformation and sintered tungsten alloy were measured. The strain rate ranges from 4×10 -4 s -1 to 4×10 3 s -1 . By these experiments, the forged tungsten was found to be anisotropic and more likely to fail along the direction of forging. At the same time, the stress strength of forged tungsten alloy was found to be higher than the sintered tungsten alloy. Associating with the research of Magness, the increase of penetration depth of forged tungsten alloy armor piercing penetrator is explained.
