电子轰击型电荷耦合器件成像过程中的混频现象
ALIASING PHENOMENON IN ELECTRON BOMBARDMENT CHARGE COUPLED DEVICE IMAGING
【摘要】 本文研究和测量了电子轰击型电荷耦合器件 (EBCCD)的极限分辨力 ,得到了对不同频率条纹的成像规律。当采样频率大于Nyquist极限频率时发生混频现象 ,但仍可能有条纹出现 ,并由频谱分析进行了说明。通过对调制传递函数测量可以看到 ,EBCCD图像传感器对高于Nyquist频率的图案具有一定的传递特性 ,进一步说明了对高频分辨力图案成像时出现条纹的可能性
【Abstract】 Research and experiments into limited resolution of EBCCD have been done to test it. Rules in EBCCD imaging for resolution chart (stripe pattern) of different frequencies have been found. It is possible to output stripe pattern images even if the frequency of input chart is higher than the Nyquist limiting frequency of the system (the phenomenon of aliasing). It can be explained by the frequency spectrum. Modulation transfer function has been tested. It shows that EBCCD system has a certain imaging ability for a high frequency image (higher than the Nyquist frequency). This provides the possibility of the EBCCD system in imaging for the resolution chart of a high frequency.
