影响长时间续航发动机沉积特性的实验与分析研究
EXPERIMENTAL AND ANALYTIC STUDY ON FACTORS INFLUENCING THE SEDIMENTATION PROPERTIES OF LONG WORKING-TIME SUSTAINED SOLID ROCKET MOTORS
【摘要】 通过对采用高能丁羟复合推进剂的长时间工作续航发动机高、低、常温试验 ,研究与分析了喷管喉部尺寸、喉衬材料、结构、推进剂性质等因素对喷管沉积的影响 ,以及对内弹道重现性带来的问题 ,得出了相应因素的沉积规律 ,其结果对该类发动机设计有重要借鉴意义
【Abstract】 On the basis of many high, low and ordinary temperature static experiments on long working time sustained solid rocket motors using high energy composite propellants, a study of factors influencing the sedimentation properties was performed and analyzed, for instance dimension of nozzle throat, material of throat, construction of nozzle, character of propellant, etc., besides effects on internal ballistic stability and reproducibility of SRM. Sedimentation properties and their rules are derived. They can be useful reference for the design of similar motors.
