【摘要】 目的:研究热药疗寒的差异表达基因。方法:在临床筛选出典型寒证病人,辩证评分,然后给病人服用温热中药1月。治疗前后分别采血,提取mRNA,逆转灵为cDNA,并标记探针,进行基因芯片杂交,得治疗前后的差异基因表达谱。结果:五例典型寒证治疗后症状积减少到24％,在有较好疗效的基础上,初步筛选出的热药疗寒相关的59条差异表达基因。其中表达下调的有43条,表达上调的17条。结论:热药疗寒有效病例的基因表达涉及广泛,包括生理、病理等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the genes different expressions responding to heat Chinese medicine. Methods: Select cold Zheng patients by clinical observation and harvest their blood to extract mRN A, then reversely transcript them to cDNA, which were labeled by cy3 - dUTP. After the patients taking heat Chinese medicine for a month their blood was harvested again and this time the cDNA was labeled by cy5 - dUTP. These probes were hybridized with the cDNA microarrays, scanned and analyzed . Result:The result demonstates that there are 59 differentially expressed genes, including up regulated(17) and down regulated(43). Conclusion: The gene expression of the effetive cases with cold diseases treated with hot drugs involves many fields, including physiological and pathological points.更多还原
