【摘要】 采用随机、对照、盲法等方法 ,对经皮电刺激内关穴治疗偏头痛急性发作 (上升项 )患者TCD的影响进行了研究 ,以阐明内关穴治疗偏头痛急性发作的临床机理以及内关穴与脑血流之间的关系。结果显示 :经皮电刺激内关穴后颅内血流的流速有非常明显的减慢 ,提示了内关穴经皮电刺激能有效地缓解颅内血管的痉挛 ,并且显示了其相对特异性更多还原

【Abstract】 The ways of random,contrast and blind methods had been applied in the study on the effect on TCD by TENS on PC6 among the cases with acute migraine attack (the rising phase) so as to illustrate the clinical therapeutic mechanism of acute migraine attack treated by the therapy and the relationship between PC6 and cerebral vascular circulation The results show that the velocity of encephalic blood stream in TCD was changed obviously before and after TENS on PC6 and the change was mainly on the decrease of encephalic blood flow,which suggests the therapy is able to relieve the cerebral vascular spasm and meanwhile demonstrates that PC6 possesses the function of the relative specific effects on the encephalic blood flow which may be one of clinical mechanisms of the therapy.更多还原
