【摘要】 目的 :探索人参皂甙对炎症反应中的血清白蛋白的影响。方法 :将40只SD雌性大鼠随机分成4组 ,每组10只 :灌水对照组、灌药对照组、灌水手术组和灌药手术组。灌水、灌药7d,对照组取血 ,手术组造成腹腔感染模型 ,造模48h取血 ,96h再次取血并处死大鼠 ,解剖腹腔 ,观察腹腔病变。结果 :手术组术后血清白蛋白均降低 ,但用人参皂甙组较未用组降低幅度要小 ,且此作用有统计学意义(P<0 05)。结论 :人参皂甙能阻止血清白蛋白的降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of ginsenoside on the level of serum albumin in the inflammatory response.Methods:40female rats were divided into four groups at random,10mice each group;A control group infused only with distilled water,a control group infused with ginsenoside solution,a group infused with distilled water and made into models7days later,a group infused with ginsenoside solution and made into models days later.The control groups were drawn blood on the7th day after infused with distilled water or ginsenoside solution respectively.The model groups were drawn blood on the9th day and on the11th day respectively.All the rats were sampled for blood and dissected for observation of pathologic changes in their peritoneum.Results:The level of serum albumin of all the groups operated on decreased.The group infused with ginˉsenoside decreased less than that of the group infused with distilled water,which showed statistical deference(P<0.05).Conclustion:Ginˉsenoside can inhibit the decrease of serum albumin.更多还原
