【Abstract】 )Abstrsct:This paper discusses the problem on how to identify state functionary specified by the 93rd provision of Penal Law from four aspects.First of all,they are the personnel of government offices who are engaged in government affairs;secondly,they include the staff of state-owned corporation,enterprise,institution and mass organization who are engaged in official business;the third group refers to those people who are entrusted by state-owned corporation,enterprise,institution and mass organization with managing and running state-owned property;and the fourth is other personnel engaged in official business according to laws.更多还原
