虚拟装配系统及关键技术研究

【摘要】 虚拟装配是虚拟制造的关键技术之一,可在产品设计阶段进行预装配,验证装配工艺的正确性.基于Solid Edge的可视化虚拟装配系统,通过其二次开发,应具备装配路径设置、装配零部件位置和姿态调整及消隐、装配视角调整和视图放缩、虚拟仿真设置等功能。系统的总体结构包括装配建模初始化、装配工艺文件获取、装配过程动画和仿真等模块。其关键技术有:解除CAD装配体约束,并提取虚拟装配零部件6组元位置和姿态信息;以6组元信息为基础的虚拟装配体重绘,及其装配过程仿真;包括虚拟装配零部件、装配体、装配路径和优先级、角度姿态、装配关键点坐标及绕坐标轴角度等信息的数据库组织。

【Abstract】 Virtual assembly is the key technology of virtual manufacture, virtual products can be pre-assembled at design stage of products, and the correctness of assembly process plans can be verified. Based on visual virtual assembly system of Solid Edge, virtual assembly system was again developed in its application. So the system provides with a lot of functions such as setting assembly path, adjusting and hiding the position and posture of assembly parts, adjusting and zooming in/out assembly view, setting up virtual simulation etc. The general structure of system includes many modules of initialization of assembly modeling, acquirement of assembly process files, movable picture and simulation of assembly process. There are key technologies for releasing restriction of CAD assembly body, acquiring the position and posture information of 6-tuple of parts of virtual assembly, redrawing virtual assembly body on the base of 6-tuple information, simulating assembly process, and organizing database that includes much information of virtual assembly parts, assembly body, assembly path and prior level, angle posture, coordinate and angle corresponding to coordinate axis of assembly key point etc.
