【Abstract】 ERP is a new management mode that is based on the thought of supply chain. Enterprise resources can be arranged as a whole by the mode. In practicing ERP the management idea and method will be changed. Every employee is no longer a member of isolated department but a knot of the supply chain network. This thesis discusses the training problems of enterprise employees and how to train them under the new management.
