由废弃火药和乳化炸药制备工业混合炸药
A Composite Industrial Explosive Based on Waste Propellants and Emulsion Explosive
【摘要】 利用乳化炸药的基本配方与工艺,在乳化炸药的混拌(敏化)工序中将废弃火药和乳化炸药混合,制备工业混合炸药。实验结果表明,利用废弃硝化棉与岩石型乳化炸药所配制的工业混合炸药,具有较好的爆炸、贮存和抗水性能。这种废弃军用火药的再利用,既节药了资源,降低了处理成本,也改善了环境。
【Abstract】 A composite industrial explosive based on waste propellant and emulsion explosive was presented. The detonation velocities of composite industrial explosive containing waste nitrocellulose 10%~40% are 4 500~5 300 m/s with the density of 0.95~1.21 g/cm3.The results show this technology is safe and economic for reclamation of waste propellants.
