TATB基PBX的热膨胀系数研究
Study on Thermal Expansion Coefficient of TATB-based PBX
【摘要】 用线膨胀仪测试了TATB基PBX的线膨胀系数(CTE),分析了配方、工艺等因素对PBX的CTE的影响情况。结果表明,氟聚合物粘结的TATB基PBX在室温~70℃间的CTE值很大,粘结剂氟聚合物在物理特性上的差别对TATB基PBX的CTE影响很小,而替用玻璃化转变温度高于75℃的高聚物可使PBX在室温~70℃间的CTE值显著下降。与钢模压制方法相比,采用等静液压方法可以使TATB基PBX药柱在室温~70℃的CTE值降低30%以上。冷热循环处理也可在一定程度上降低PBX的CTE值。
【Abstract】 The linear coefficient of thermal expansion of the TATBbased PBXs are measured by thermal expansion apparatus, and the effect of composition and technology on CTE are also studied. The results show that the CTE values of fluoropolymer bonded TATB between ambient temperature and 70℃ are very great, and the distinction in physical properties of fluoropolymer have no clear effect on CTE. By using a binder with high glass transition temperature (Tg) instead of F2314 , the CTE of pellets between ambient temperature and 70℃ are remarkably decreased. The CTE values of samples pressed isostatically are smaller 30% than samples pressed mechanically between ambient temperature and 70℃. The CTE of TATBbased PBX can be lowered 20% by means of repeated thermal cycle.
