【摘要】 研究了运用ARL - 2 46 0型光电直读光谱仪分析线、棒材中的C、Si、Mn、P、S等常规元素的制样条件、仪器参数和分析方法 ,并根据实际条件绘制了工作曲线 ,进行了准确度及精度实验。实验结果表明此方法可以满足H0 8、ML35、82B及 72A等钢种的分析要求 ,结束了仪器不能分析异型钢材的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sample condition, device index and analysis for C, Si, Mn, P, S in the wire and bar shape steel with ARL-2460 optical emission spectrometer are studied. According to the practical condition, the curve is made to test accurate and precision. The test shows that it can meet the requirement of H08, ML35, 82B and 72A analysis and can analyze the special section.更多还原
