液相烷基化合成异丙苯催化剂寿命的延长 Ⅰ催化剂制备及性能

【摘要】 研究了以炼厂丙烯为原料合成异丙苯反应时FX-01催化剂寿命缩短的问题。分别采用负载Pd和扩孔的方法对FX-01催化剂进行改性研究,制成了固定床液相烷基化合成异丙苯的复合型沸石催化剂,并考察了该催化剂的活性.通过加速失活工艺实验,考察了改性前后催化剂寿命的变化。实验结果表明,在加速失活的条件下,Pd改性与扩孔剂改性的β沸石催化剂的寿命均得到延长。

【Abstract】 Focused on the life-span of FX-01 catalyst, which would be shorten when used in the synthesis of cumene with refinery propylene as raw material. Developed a new composite Beta-zeolite catalyst through the modification of FX-01 catalyst, which could be utilized for cumene synthesis by the liquid-state alkylation in a fixed-bed reactor. Introduced a preparative method of the new composite zeolite catalyst and the method of modification. Studied the activity and life-span changes before and after the modification with the deactivity-accelerated process at liquid state. The results show that the modified Beta-zeolite catalyst can sustain longer time than the previous one when experiencing the same process. The addition of proper hole-expanding agent to the catalyst achieve the same effect.
