轨道结构上隔振垫层的性能分析
Performance Analysis of Vibration Isolation Pads on Track Structure
【摘要】 就轨道结构上的3个隔振垫层(钢轨垫、轨枕垫、道碴垫),用电—力类比导纳分析模型进行了传递力与功率流的计算分析,并就3个隔振垫层影响轨道隔振效果的参数(动刚度、损耗因子)、隔振效果从传递力和功率流的角度进行了计算及分析.3个隔振垫层的隔振效果与其参数有关,对不同的频率范围有不同的隔振效果,应针对不同轨道类型运营条件及所要求的隔振效果做具体设计.
【Abstract】 By means of electricalforce analogy mobility modules of railway track, which includes 3 levels of isolations, i.e. rail pads, sleeper pads and ballast mats, the calculation of transmitted forces and power flow ares carried to analyze the effects of isolations and the affections of isolation parameters (dynamic stiffness and loss factors, etc.). The isolation parameters of 3 level isolations affect isolating effects in different frequency sections. The special designs should be made for isolation tracks according to the types of railway and traffic conditions and requirements.
