【Abstract】 The significance of establishing the Campus Geographic Information System (CGIS)and the attribute of the TitanGIS are introduced in this paper. The paper also analyzes the character and the layer-divided plan of the campus basal information. At the same time,the building of spatial and attributive database and the functions of system are expatiated too.
