【Abstract】 With the development of enterprises, the department of internal logistics couldn’t meetthe demand of the enterprises. Due to the emerging of the logistics business of 3PL enterprises, the lateral consignations of internal logistics are becoming popular. This article used the idea of utility and the methods of the Game Theory to analyze the decision_making of the lateral consignations for internal logistics business through the reasonable hypothesis, and drew a conclusion of the criteria of how to choose the objects of consignation for enterprises.更多还原
