【摘要】 简要介绍了第 2 6届国际半导体物理会议上一些受到广泛关注的课题 ,它们代表了半导体物理研究领域里的研究热点和前沿工作 ,希望能够为今后的研究工作提供一个参考方向 .

【Abstract】 Some interesting and attractive subjects on the 26th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductor are briefly introduced,which are the hotspots and up to date works in the field of semiconductor physics.It might benefit us in the future research projects.
