影响低电压电泳芯片分离的主要因素
Effects on separating resolution and efficiency of electrophoresis chip
【摘要】 运用简化的低电压电泳芯片的运动梯度场的分离和控制模型 ,对低电压芯片的各参数与分离度、分离效率的关系进行了讨论
【Abstract】 The simplified moving grade electrical field separation and the relative detection models of low voltage electrophoresis system chip have been presented. Further more, by using of it, the relationships between the parameters and the separating resolution and the separation efficiency have been discussed, respectively.
