【摘要】 较全面地总结了近几年来金属硫蛋白最常见的分离纯化方法 ,并较详细地介绍了磁法分离纯化、芯片检测等新技术

【Abstract】 Several purification methods of metallothionein (MT) used at present have been listed and compared. A new method of magnetic purification and protein chip analyze has also been introduced.
