新型红外反射式偏振器的设计与研制
Design and Fabrication of a Novel Infrared Reflection Polarizer
【摘要】 常用的反射偏振器是利用Brewster角原理,由被抛光的介质基底表面及透明或吸收基底镀以薄膜而组成。文章给出了一种在红外区直接在Si晶体表面应用Brewster角原理使P分量反射后受到抑制,从而得到S分量反射的新型红外偏振器的设计与研制实例,并对其性能做了简单的物理测量。
【Abstract】 A conventional polarizer is composed of a polished dielectric substrate and/or a coated transparent or absorption substrate based on Brewster reflection theory. In this paper, a new type of reflection polarizer is introduced, which is directly made with the Si surface in the infrared region. As a result, a polarizer with S component reflection restrained P component reflection is obtained. The physical characteristics of this new polarizer are given.
