【Abstract】 A new correlateddoublesampling (CDS) circuit for large format CMOS FPA based on the dynamic sourcefollower is proposed, and a detailed comparison with the present CDS techniques is given. The theoretical analysis and PSPICE simulation results show that the new CDS circuit has several obvious advantages, such as simple circuit structure, low power consumption, simple driving pulses, and onchip double sampling, etc.更多还原
